Delete Your Fahali Account

Fahali is operated by Future Legends Inc. This page explains how to request deletion of your Fahali account and the data associated with it.

How to request deletion

In the app (fastest):

Open the Fahali app (or the web app at app.fahaliai.com) and sign in.
Tap the Profile tab and scroll to the bottom.
Tap Delete Account and confirm. Your account and associated data are deleted immediately.

By email (if you cannot sign in): send a request from your account email address to [email protected] with the subject "Account deletion request". We verify ownership and delete the account within 30 days.

What is deleted

When your account is deleted, we permanently remove:

Your user record (email, display name, authentication reference)
Connected brokerage credentials (your encrypted Binance / Alpaca API keys)
Synced portfolio positions and account values
Brokerage sync history
Subscription assignments and A/B test assignments
Push-notification tokens and paywall interaction events
Developer API keys, agent memory, and enterprise workspace records linked to your account

Any active subscription is cancelled as part of deletion.

Payment processor records such as invoices may be retained by Stripe where required for fraud prevention, accounting, tax, or legal compliance.

What may be retained

We retain only what we are legally required to keep, and only for as long as the law requires:

Aggregated, anonymized statistics that can no longer be linked to you (e.g. counts used for product metrics).
Records required for legal, tax, or fraud-prevention obligations, where applicable, retained only for the mandated period and then deleted.

We do not retain your personal account data, brokerage credentials, or portfolio data after deletion.
